In 2014 I graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Art in Film Studies. While there I critically studied film and explored film production directing three short documentaries, including NC Powerhouse and A Heart to Change. After graduation I worked at a non-profit that specialized in bringing free arts programming to underserved youth as the program coordinator and a photography teacher. I also volunteered with a Wilmington based film festival, Cucalorus. In 2017 I was selected to create a short film during the week of the festival, Well Made Made Here. In 2019 I worked as Box Office Coordinator for the 25th anniversary year of the festival. In 2020 I videoed the events of the first week of the protest summer in Wilmington, which led to the creation of Progress at a Protest.
In July 2020 I took a leap of faith and relocated to California. My family drove an RV across country visiting state parks and historic landmarks along the way. We spent a year in Anaheim staring at Disneyland waiting for the day it would open. We moved to LA county in 2021 and in 2022 I went to work as a photographer at the happiest place on earth!
Videos and photos documenting life's special moments are a one-of-a-kind gift that lasts a lifetime. As a wife and mother of two I appreciate how little everyone is in the photo. Selfies are fun, but a professional photo is a treasure. A professional video and photos are an experience that you can relive and share!
Specializing in short videos of live events, such as family vacations, reunions, parties, concerts, parades, seminars, church worship services, protest and demonstrations.
Open to other gatherings not mentioned above.
